Just a toe-tapping minute, before you slip on your dancing shoes for the Fleadh weekend, we have some changes to Dancing On The Greens.
Here is a slightly revised timetable for Newry’s revival of ‘crossroads dancing’:
Sunday 27 August 2pm-8pm
Dancing On The Greens – trad events on your doorstep at various community locations –
Route 1: 2pm-3.40 pm Greater Linenhall; 4pm-5.40pm Whitegates; 6pm-7.40pm Derrybeg.
Route 2: 2pm-3.30pm Drumalane; 4pm-5.30pm Micheal Mallon Park; 5.50pm-7.20pm Martin’s Lane.
So it won’t make a massive difference to your balance and poise, but please check this revised timetable to make sure you don’t step on anyone’s toes.
