Newry coffee house Synge & Byrne are to stage a special solo set by San Francisco musician Bruce Victor.
Bruce has travelled from California to help host the ‘music and healing’ workshop at Newry City Library – along with fulfilling other appointments in Ireland and England.
We couldn’t let him go without hearing a bit more from this psychiatrist who wields a mean guitar. He’ll present a blend of trad and contemporary tunes as you sip your brew.
Bruce has played at Synge & Byrne before – among other Newry venues – as one-half of the acoustic duo Noctambule. So we’re pleased to welcome back this friend of the Fleadh.
Head down to Synge & Byrne in their beautiful canalside building on Sugarquay at 2pm Saturday 26 August. It will be a lunchtime treat!
