Concert explores Celtic Christian past

Slemish is the name of a mountain in Ireland associated with St Patrick.

It’s also the name of a band who perform traditional Irish and inspirational music in concerts all over Europe. And they’re coming to the Fleadh.

Slemish will present a concert at Newry Baptist Centre in Lower Catherine Street, where they have performed in the past.

This will be a chance to explore a key part of Ireland’s history in song – and remember a movement that changed the world forever.

Admission to the event is free – and this includes food as well! Come along and tap into Ireland’s Celtic Christian heritage.
